Some forex brokers opinions
* http://northfinance.com is the place you wanna be. They accept e-gold, bank wire or webmoney. They all the required licencing and physical offices. As a plus, you trade using Metatrader 4, tighter spreads than marketiva, wider choice of currencies to trade as well as Gold, Silver, Shares and fee free withdrawals.
You will also never get locked out of opening and closing trades during a news release unlike marketiva who lock down on news release meaing if you want to close a trade in profit, you cant. You have to wait until THEY allow you to open and close trades again.
Also, with North Finance, if you set a target, or a stop loss, the trade will close exactly where you say. Marketiva suffers from awful lag and slippage.
Marketiva is the best in my opinion. Their platform looks really simple, but it is very powerful and sleek under the hood.
Don’t get fooled by these reps from competing firms.

Marketiva is not the best. Their charts are primitive, they do not have a lot of tools a real trader needs, their spreads are too big, they suffer from awful lag and slippage. They are a slow broker in a fast market

You just talk nonsense and that’s all. Marketiva has the best embedded charts in the industry, spreads are standard and there is no slippage at all. There is 1-2 seconds delay in orders and that is to counter scalpers, I believe.
You have an agenda and it is obvious since you post in each thread that talks about Marketiva.
They are taking too large piece of market and that hurts your firm, it seems.
Oanda has better charts, FXCM has better charts, GFT has better charts, and hundreds of brokers using metatrader have better charts. Most of these brokers have lower spreads (1-3 pips) and no ”1-2 second delays”.
I have tried several brokers, and Marketiva covered the least of my trader needs.
Have you tried any other broker and trading platform?

I completely disagree with you on Oanda, FXCM and GFT (MT4 is better). How long did you use Marketiva anyway?
I am in stock options and forex trading for about 7 years (worked on both sell and buy side, and in related technology company). How long are you in forex and / or any other market?
And the most important question: How much do you make in forex (average return per year)?
My average annual return is 18% for the last 5 years.
I used Marketiva just enough to make $1k and withdrew everything 
I am trading since February last year, and I’m up over 110% net profit since then.

That’s nice that you made $1000 in Marketiva, but I don’t know what is the capital you started with?
With all do respect, you are a novice. We can speak about your 110% in 4 years. Just remember what I am saying here: The best money managers in the world hardly beat S&P over several years, and you made 10 times that in a bit more than a year. It is a HUGE alarm, my friend.
The problem on this forum is that total newbies and novices talk about trading like they are seasoned money managers. You will pay that to whichever dealer you work with. It is just their money, sooner or later. Tax for stupidity, nothing else.
Just like my ex wife. When she use to accuse me of something I knew I wasn’t doing it was a clear signal that she was guilty of that accusation. Nobody who has been here posting on a regular basis has tried to scam anyone here. The fact is we all have our favorite platforms and brokers.
We don’t care if yours is Marketivia. That’s your choice but don’t come here and ram it down our throats and start calling people scammers without positve proof. This is not the scam section. There is a place for those accusations but not here.
We use this forum for educational purposes, teaching others and learning together. If all you and otto have to add is name calling then you need to get out of our forum dude. Your actions are only going to get you banned.
Now otto if indeed you have 7 years experience in trading then you should be here helping others with that experience. Give us some positive imput on trading. If your not willing to do that then why the heck are you here? Trash talking? As I have told others, get off my beach if you can’t show a little respect for others.
